摘要
从公开出版的滚塑技术文献、滚塑材料技术研究、滚塑设备和模具技术研究及滚塑工艺研究等4个方面介绍了2013~2017年我国滚塑行业的技术进展情况。我国的滚塑行业技术发展迅速,与国外的技术水平差距逐步缩小,从5年前的单纯模仿、复制,开始进入原创阶段,有部分技术已经超越了国外的研究水平。我国滚塑行业技术的研究已经深入到各个环节,对滚塑过程细节的改进是目前我国滚塑技术研究的主要方向。
The development situation of rotomoulding industry technology of China in2013~2017was introduced from4aspects of the public documents of rotomoulding technology,rotomoulding material technology research,rotomoulding equipment and mold technology research and rotomoulding process technology research.China’s rotomoulding technology is developing rapidly,and the gap between China’s level of rotomoulding technology and that of foreign countries has gradually narrowed,it begins to enter the original stage from the mere imitation and copying stage5years ago,the some technologies have exceeded the level of foreign research.China’s rotomoulding technology research has been deep into all aspects,the improved details of the rotomolding process is the main research direction.
