摘要
目的分析急诊留观患者护理中改良早期预警评分的应用价值。方法选取2016年11月—2017年12月我院急诊留观的患者200例为观察对象,将200例患者分为实验组与参考组,每组100例患者。参考组实施常规护理,实验组则在常规护理的基础上采用改良早期预警评分,观察两种护理方法的临床应用价值。结果实验组患者对护理方式的满意度显著高于参考组,两组之间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组意外事件发生率明显低于参考组,两者之间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊留观患者护理过程中实施改良早期预警评分方式,护理工作人员能够根据患者病情制定相应的护理计划,提高急诊护理效果。
Objective To analyze the application value of improved early warning score in emergency nursing care.Methods From November2016to December2017,200cases of emergency patients in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.200patients were divided into the experimental group and the reference group,100cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group adopted the modified early warning score on the basis of routine nursing,and the clinical application value of the two nursing methods was observed.Results The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of accidents in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference of data between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency care process,through the implementation of modified early warning scoring system,nursing staff can make corresponding nursing plan according to the patient's condition,improve the effect of emergency nursing.
