350MW火电机组汽轮机驱动引风机的经济性分析

摘要 基于能量价值分析计算方法,论述了小汽轮机驱动引风机的节能效果。以某典型350MW机组在不同负荷下(50%~100%负荷)的运行参数为例,对该机组两种驱动方式下发电标准煤耗、厂用电率和综合成本煤耗进行计算,得出结论:采用小汽轮机驱动引风机的方式较电动驱动每年可节约运行成本66.87万~85.50万元,综合成本煤耗率可降低0.44~0.89g/(kW·h),具有显著的经济效益。 Based on the energy value analysis calculation,the energy conservation of the steam turbine-driven induced draft fans is discussed.Taking a typical 350 MW unit operating under different loads(50%~100%)as an example,the calculation of the standard coal consumption,the auxiliary power consumption and the integrated coal consumption for two driving modes is performed.The results show that compared with the electric-driven scheme,the steam turbine-driven scheme can reduce operation cost by 668 700~855 000 yuan each year,as a result,the integrated coal consumption rate can be reduced by 0.44~0.89 g/(kW·h),showing good economic benefit.
