多酶型医疗器械清洗剂的研制及其缓蚀作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 研制了一种多酶型医疗器械清洗剂。通过STF医疗器械清洗效果监测卡及SPSS13.0统计软件分析清洗效果。结果表明,清洗剂组分配比为:三乙醇胺油酸皂10.0%,缓蚀剂3.0%,AEO-9 40.0%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,防腐剂2.0%,助溶剂4.0%,多酶2.0%。该清洗剂对医疗器械清洗及除菌效果优,器械表面对医疗器械无腐蚀作用。 A multi-enzyme medical device cleaning agent was developed.Through the STF medical device cleaning effect detection card and SPSS13.0 statistical software to determine the cleaning effect.The result showed that the distribution ratio of each group is that trithanolamine oleic soap is 10.0%,corrosion inhibitor is 3.0%,AEO-9 is 40.0%,benzotriazole three is 0.5%,preservation is 2.0%,propanetriol is 4.0%,multi-enzyme is 2.0%.The cleaning agent had better effect on medical device,the SEM photogra-phs showed that the cleaning agent had no corrosive effect on medical cleaning.
