摘要
目的:观察辅酶Q10(Co Q10)对大鼠实验性牙周炎的影响作用。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠168只,随机分为正常组(N)、模型组(P)、替硝唑组(T)、维生素C组(VC)、辅酶Q10低、中、高剂量组(LQ、MQ、HQ)。灌胃给药第2、4、6周,随机抽取8只,采血检测血浆中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2、SOD、GSH-Px、MDA水平;测量大鼠牙槽骨附着丧失,并行HE染色、TRAP染色。结果:Co Q10可降低血浆中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2水平;增加SOD、GSH-Px活力,减少MDA含量。结论:Co Q10可抑制和缓解大鼠实验性牙周炎。
Objective To investigate the effect of coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)on experimental periodontitis in rats.Methods 168 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(n),model group(P),tinidazole group(T)and vitamin C group(VC),coenzyme Q10 low,medium,high dose group(LQ,MQ,HQ).Intragastric administration for week 2,4,6,8 rats were randomly selected to detect IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2、SOD、GSH-Px、MDA of their peripheral blood;The ABL value was detected,and the HE staining and TRAP staining were performed.Results CoQ10 could significantly decrease the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,PGE2;the activity of GSH-Px and SOD increase more,and MDA decrease.Conclusion CoQ10 can inhibit the experimental periodontitis in rats.
