摘要
目的探讨中医护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选择本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者94例,以简单随机法分为常规组和中医组,各47例。常规组患者采取围术期常规护理,中医组在常规护理的基础上增加中医护理,对比两组护理效果。结果中医组患者的术后下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、并发症总发生率均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的NRS、QOL评分均优于护理前,且中医组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤手术患者围术期采取中医护理可有效缓解患者术后疼痛,促进其机体功能恢复,并可控制并发症发生率,提高围术期生活质量。
Objective To ative traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 94 patients with uterine fibroid admitted in our hospital were divided into routine group and TCM group with simple randomization method,with 47 cases in each group.The routine group used routine perioperative care,on this basis,the TCM group received perioperative traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,exhausting anus,the length of hospital stay and the total incidence of complications in the TCM group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the NRS and QOL scores of both groups were better than those before nursing,and those of the TCM group was better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative traditional Chinese medicine nursing used in patients with uterine fibroid surgery can effectively relieve postoperative pain,promote the recovery of the body function,control the incidence of complications and improve the quality of perioperative life.
