摘要
目的:探讨JCI标准下护理实习生护理安全认知现状及其干预研究,提高护理服务质量。方法:选取2017.4-2018.2在我院实习的护理生120名作为本课题研究对象,依据随机对照原则分为观察组(60名)与对照组(60名),对照组给予一般性常规照护,观察组则在常规性照护的基础上实施干预,干预12周后评价2组干预效果。结果:评价JCI标准下对实习生护理安全实施效果,观察组护生的护理安全认知状况较对照组高,观察组患者对护生的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:护理安全教育能提高护理实习生对JCI标准下护理安全的认知,增强其护理安全意识,以此建立JCI标准下最佳护理安全管理模式,为临床推广应用提供可行性依据。
Objective:To explore the status quo and the intervention research of nursing safety awareness under the JCI standard and to improve the nursing service quality.Methods:Totally 120 nursing students who applied for internship in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of randomized control,60 cases were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was given general routine care.In the group,interventions were carried out on the basis of routine care.After 12 weeks of intervention,the effects of intervention in two groups were evaluated.Results:To evaluate the effect of JCI standard on the implementation of nursing safety in interns,the nursing safety awareness of nursing students in observation group was higher than that of control group,and the satisfaction degree of nursing group in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing safety education can improve nurses'cognition of nursing safety under JCI standard and enhance their awareness of nursing safety so as to establish the best nursing safety management mode under JCI standard and provide feasible for clinical popularization and application Sexual basis
