摘要
目的:探讨应用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗颧部褐青色痣的临床疗效。方法:采用波长1 064nm的Medlite C6激光治疗颧部褐青色痣患者94例,每次治疗间隔6个月。根据皮损特点选择相应的参数进行治疗,半年后观察疗效。结果:94例患者,其中治疗2次者6例,治疗3次者12例,治疗4次者16例,治疗5次者47例,治疗5次以上者13例。5次总治愈率86.2%,总有效率100.0%。21例(22.3%)患者治疗后出现色素沉着,半年内基本消退,无瘢痕形成。合并黄褐斑者较单纯颧部褐青色痣者在治疗后更容易留下色素沉着。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光治疗颧部褐青色痣安全、有效,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To review the clinicaI therapeutic effect of naevus fuscoceruleus zygomaticus treated with the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.Methods 94 cases of naevus fuscoceruleus zygomaticus were treated by Medlite C6 laser with 1 064nm wavelength with 6 months interval.We choosed appropriate parameter according to the character of skin lesion and observed the efficacy half a year later.Results Of 94 cases,6 cases were treated twice,12 cases were treated three times,16 cases were treated four times,47 cases were treated five times and 13 cases got treatment over than five times.After five times the cure rate is 86.2%and the total effect was 100%.21(22.3%)cases appeared pigmentation after theatment,which disappeared within half a year.And no scars left.those cases combined with chloasma leave much more pigmentation than the simple cases after theatment.Conclusion Using the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with 1064nm wavelength to treat naevus fuscoceruleus zygomaticus is safe and effective with less adverse effect,which deserves further clinical applicat.
