摘要
为满足市场对高品质清洁柴油的需要,中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了新一代高性能柴油加氢改质催化剂RIC-3。与上一代催化剂RIC-2相比,RIC-3催化剂对柴油十六烷值提高能力和密度降低能力更优,且催化剂装填堆密度降低约25%;RIC-3催化剂对性质不同的催化裂化柴油均有较好的适应性,在缓和的反应条件下,柴油十六烷值提高10~12个单位;催化剂稳定性和再生性能良好。工业应用结果表明,以焦化柴油和焦化汽油的混合油为原料,在氢分压7.1 MPa以及较低的反应温度下,可以生产硫质量分数小于5g/μg、十六烷值大于51的清洁柴油。
In order to meet the demand of clean diesel market,a new diesel hydroupgrading catalyst RIC-3 was developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP).The results showed that compared with catalyst RIC-2,RIC-3 catalyst gives a better performance of cetane number improvement and density reduction.The bulk density decreases by 25%.Under mild reaction conditions,the cetane number can be increased by 10-12 for FCC light cycle oils with different properties.RIC-3 catalyst has good adaptability,stability and regenerability.The industrial application also indicated that under reaction conditions of 7.1 MPa and mild temperatures,using a mixture of coking gas oil and naphtha as feed,the clean diesel with sulfur less than 5μg/g and cetane number more than 51 is produced.
