摘要 声动力疗法(sonodynamic therapy,SDT)因损伤较小、选择性较高等特点在肿瘤的治疗方面被广大学者、专家所关注。目前研究发现,声动力治疗肿瘤有多种机制,其中自由基离子理论被认为是主要作用机制。自由基离子理论主要与活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)有关,而ROS是近年来各个医学领域的研究热点。氧化应激导致ROS的产生,而不同浓度的ROS对机体的影响大不相同。氧化应激又与肿瘤的发生、发展有着密不可分的联系,在各种致癌因素的作用下,机体将生成大量ROS,如果机体没有及时把产生的活性氧清除,就可能对周围组织产生损伤,甚至出现恶变。本文阐述在SDT作用下产生的ROS与肿瘤之间的关系,以期为临床上肿瘤的治疗和预防提供新的思路。 Sonodynamic therapy has been paid attention by scholars,because of its small injury,the selective and higher characteristics of the tumor treatment.Current research found,sonodynamic therapy has many mechanisms,and free radical ion theory was considered to be the main mechanism,which theory was mainly concerned with reactive oxygen species.ROS is a research hotspot in various medical fields in recent years.Oxidative stress caused the production of reactive oxygen,which has a different effect on the body.Oxidative stress and has close connection with the occurrence and development of tumor,in the role of a variety of carcinogenic factors,the body will produce a large number of ROS,if the body not to produce reactive oxygen species to clear in time,it may cause damage to the surrounding tissues,appear even malignant.This paper describes the relationship between ROS and tumor produced under the action of SDT,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment and prevention of tumors in clinic.
