摘要
目的探讨术中保温联合优化护理配合措施在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选取收治的腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者96例根据就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组行常规手术室护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用术中保温联合优化护理配合措施。对比2组术后并发症发生率、恢复清醒时间、肛门排气时间、首次下地时间及术前、术中、术后的核心温度。结果观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者恢复清醒时间、肛门排气时间、首次下地时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);2组术前核心温度无差异(P>0.05),观察组术中、术后核心温度高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组术中、术后核心温度与术前相比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论术中保温联合优化护理配合措施能有效维持腹腔镜宫颈癌患者的体温,降低并发症发生率,缩短恢复时间。
Objective To explore effect of intraoperative warming combined with optimized measures in radical operation of laparoscopic cervical cancer.Methods A total of 96 cervical cancer patients with laparoscopic radical resection were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 patients per group according to the order of visiting,given routine nursing in operation room,and intraoperative warming combined with optimized nursing measures,respectively.The incidence of postoperative complications,recovery of awake time,anal exhaust time,first time to ambulation and core temperature before,during and after surgery were compared.Results The observation group had lower postoperative complication rate,shorter awake time,anal exhaust time,first ambulation time than the control group(P<0.05);The core temperature had no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),but the observation group had significantly higher intraoperative and postoperative core temperature than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,intraoperative,postoperative core temperature in the observation group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative warming combined with optimized measures can effectively maintain the body temperature of patients undergoing laparoscopic cervical cancer nursing,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the recovery time.
