空心钉与SuperPath入路髋关节置换的临床疗效对比 被引量:1

摘要 老年髋部骨折最常见的为股骨颈骨折,常用治疗方式为空心钉内固定和人工股骨头置换术。采用经皮空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、具有较强抗扭转能力等特点。在临床应用过程常出现退钉、骨折不愈合和股骨头缺血坏死等并发症。人工关节置换术微创化已经成为潮流,Chow在2010年结合通道技术提出的Superpath技术,其具有不切断外旋肌群和结合通道技术减少损害等特点,近年在国内得到了广泛应用。老年股骨颈骨折术后出现股骨头坏死及骨折不愈合等风险较高。对于股骨颈骨折治疗的选择仍有争议[1,2]。本文收集2015年8月至2016年11月于本院行手术治疗的58例老年股骨颈骨折患者资料,完成1.5年随访及对比研究。
