超声标准测量肾周径联合腹围预测出生体重的临床意义 被引量:2

Clinical Significance of Measuring Peripheral Renal Diameter Combined with Abdominal Circumference by Ultrasound Standard in Predicting Birth Weight

摘要 目的:探讨分析超声标准测量胎儿肾周径、腹围对预测出生体重的临床价值。方法:选择某院114例单胎足月妊娠孕妇,随机分成两组,对照组57例孕妇在分娩前3d应用超声测量胎儿的腹围,而观察组57例孕妇应用超声联合测量胎儿肾周径及腹围,分析两组检查结果。结果:观察组对胎儿出生体质量的预测准确率要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组巨大儿检出率85.71%,显著高于对照组45.45%。结论:产前应用超声标准联合测量胎儿肾周径和腹围能够较准确地预测胎儿出生体质量,可成为预测巨大儿的一种有效手段。 Objective:To explore the value of measuring peripheral renal diameter combined with abdominal circumference by ultrasound standard in predicting birth weight.Methods:114 cases of pregnant women with single term pregnancy treated in a hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=57,ultrasound measurement of abdominal circumference)and observation group(n=57,ultrasound measurement of abdominal circumference and kidney circumference),then the inspection results in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The accuracy of fetal birth weight prediction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of macrosomia in the observation group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(45.45%).Conclusion:Ultrasound measurement of fetal kidney circumference and abdominal circumference can accurately predict fetal birth weight,which may be an effective method to predict macrosomia.
