摘要
目的探讨血清心房钠尿肽(ANP)水平及ANP基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中(IS)发作风险的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、CISCOM、CINAHL、Web of Science、EBSCO、Cochrane Library等英文数据库,以及中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文期刊数据库和万方数据库等中文数据库,纳入2014年之前有关血清ANP水平和ANP基因多态性与IS相关性的病例对照研究,对符合条件的数据用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入12项研究,包括1 285例IS和1 088例健康对照。ANP 2238T/C多态性可能增加IS的风险(C与T比较:OR=2.26;95%CI 1.59~3.23;P<0.01;TC+CC与TT比较:OR=2.26;95%CI 1.34~3.81;P=0.002)。ANP 1837 G/A和664 G/A的多态性与IS的发生无相关性。IS血清ANP水平显著高于健康对照组(SMD=3.12;95%CI 1.16~5.07;P=0.002)。结论血清ANP水平和ANP基因多态性与IS的发生有相关性,血清ANP水平和ANP基因多态性可能是IS发生的危险因素。
Objective To evaluate the relativity of the serum level and genetic polymorphism of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)with the risk of ischemic stroke(IS).Methods The databases including PubMed,CISCOM,CINAHL,Web of Science,EBSCO,Cochrane Library,CBM,VIP and Wanfang"were searched for the original articles of random-control study of the relationship of the serum levels and genetic polymorphism of ANP with the risk of IS and published before 2014.A m eta-analysis was performed with Stata 12.0 software.Results Twelve original articles about clinical study of the relationship of the serum levels and genetic polymorphism of ANP with the risk of IS including 1,285 patients with IS and 1,088 healthy subjects serving as control were acquired from the above-m entioned databases.M eta-analysis showed that ANP 2238 T/C polymorphism might increase the risk of IS(C allele vs.T allele:OR=2.26,95%Cl:1.59~3.23,P<0.01;TC+CC vs.TT:OR=2.26,95%Cl:1.34~3.81,P=0.002;respectively)and ANP 1837 G/A and 664 G/A polymorphisms were insignificantly related to IS risk.The level of serum ANP was significantly higher in the patients with IS than that in the healthy subjects(SMD=3.12,95%CI:1.16?5.07,P=0.002).Conclusion It is suggested that the serum levels and genetic polymorphism of ANP was associated with IS.
