摘要 美国全科医学住院医师培训目标胜任力评价系统milestones系统是由美国毕业后教育认证委员会(the accreditation council for graduate medical education,ACGME)和美国全科医学委员会(the American board of family medicine,ABFM)联合提倡的用于评价全科医学住院医师培训的评价系统.milestones系统用于评估经ACGME认证的住院医师培训项目,它提供了一个评估框架,用于评定各专业住院医师能力的发展.全科医学的milestones系统包含临床信息学、急诊医学-全科医学、全科医学(含亚专业:全科医学-预防医学)、老年医学、临终关怀和姑息治疗、内科学-全科医学、精神病学-全科医学、运动医学八大评估框架[1],本文就其中主要的全科医学(不包含预防医学)milestones系统进行整理和介绍.
