采用Waters公司新推出的Alliance系统的E2695高效液相色谱仪,配备了四元梯度输液泵、可控温柱温箱,具备先进的谱图比较功能,可以建立光谱谱库并对色谱峰进行纯度分析。通过详细介绍实验室WATERS E2695高效液相色谱仪(配有二极管阵列和示差折光检测器)的操作规程和维护技术,为使用新型E2695高效液相色谱仪的科研工作者和研究生提供宝贵的操作知识和管理经验。
E2695 high performance liquid chromatograph with new Alliance system is Waters’new high performance liquid chromatograph equipped with four gradient proportioning valve and oven temperature controlled by programs.E2695 has advanced spectrum comparative function,spectral library and can be used to analyze purity of chromatographic peak.The operating rules and maintenance techniques of Waters E2695 high performance liquid chromatography(equipped with diode array detector and refractive index detector)in university laboratory were discussed in detail in this paper which could provide valuable operational and management knowledge for the users.
