摘要
洪泽湖是中国最大的平原水库型湖泊及南水北调东线工程最为重要的调蓄过水通道,生态安全问题已日益突显。以洪泽湖水生态调查为基础,分析近年洪泽湖水生态系统演变趋势,并从洪泽湖的水生态健康程度、流域污染物输入状况、水质安全与土地利用、社会经济结构与发展模式等方面着手,对洪泽湖生态安全问题进行了全面分析。结果表明:洪泽湖生态安全在生态服务功能、污染物输入、供水水质安全、社会经济发展模式等方面存在一定的问题,必须采取有效防范对策,构建健康生态系统,最终实现湖泊生态环境与社会经济的和谐发展。
Hung-tse Lake is the largest plain reservoir-type lake and the most important water channel of the East Route Project of South-to-north Water Diversion Project in China.The ecological security issues of Hung-tse Lake has been increasingly highlighted.The ecological security issues of Hung-tse Lake are analyzed by lake ecosystem health,watershed pollutants input,water-quality security and land use,socio-economic structure and development pattern,etc.The results showed that the ecological security of Hung-tse Lake faced some threats in ecosystem service,pollutants input,water-supply quality security and socio-economic development pattern.It is necessary to take effective preventive measures to build a healthy ecosystem and finally realize the harmonious development of lake ecological environment and social economy.
