摘要
以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院建筑施工实训基地的建设实践为例,提出"建设校企共建、公关、共享、全真的综合性实训基地,构建专业核心技术与教学环境一体化的仿真实训环境"的建设思路。围绕这一思路,搭建"项目贯穿、能力递进"的人才培养模式,构建由简单到复杂、由单一到综合的实践教学体系,建成综合性建筑施工实训基地和工程项目仿真实训平台。实训基地项目建设成果喜人,可为同类高职院校实训基地建设提供借鉴。
Based on a case study on the three years of construction of the Building&Construction Training Base of Shaanxi Railway Institute,the paper proposed the idea of“a comprehensive practical training base constructed,managed and shared cooperatively by the college and the enterprise involved so as to create a fully simulated training environment integrating core professional technology with teaching environment”.Based on this idea,a talent cultivation mode of“competence improvement through project implementation”was then put forward;a practical training system was constructed following the principle of advancing from simplicity to complexity,from single tasks to comprehensive projects;and the comprehensive building&construction training base and simulated construction projects training platform were completed.The training base has made marvelous achievements and provided reference for the construction of comprehensive training bases of other similar vocational colleges.
