摘要
益生菌与中草药协同作用可改变中草药的生物活性,如提高中草药药效、改变药性、降低毒副作用等,又可避免中草药自然发酵时有害菌所带来的潜在危害。用益生菌发酵中草药已成为现代中草药研究的重要手段。本文对益生菌与中草药协同作用的特点及其在畜禽养殖中的应用进行了综述。
Synergistic Effect of probiotics and Traditional Chinese medicine can transform the biological activity of Chinese herbal medicine,enhance content of effective ingredients,change active ingredients,reduce and prevent toxicity,side effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and prevent potential risk of harmful bacteria including Traditional Chinese Medicine being Naturally Fermented.Traditional Chinese medicine Fermented by probiotics is becoming the effective means to study the modern Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this paper,we described the characteristics and application of Synergistic Effect of Probiotics and Chinese Herbal Medicine in Livestock and Poultry Breeding.
