摘要
目的:观察与研究腹膜阴道延长对宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量及治疗态度的影响状况。方法:选取2011年7月至2016年6月期间本院收治的60例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组进行常规宫颈癌手术治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上进行腹膜阴道延长治疗,然后统计与比较两组患者手术前后的性生活质量、性功能状态与治疗态度。结果:手术前两组患者的性生活质量、性功能状态与治疗态度评估结果均无显著性差异,P均>0.05;而手术后不同时间观察组的性生活质量、性功能状态与治疗态度均显著地好于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:腹膜阴道延长对宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量及治疗态度的影响更为积极,适用于宫颈癌手术患者。
Objectives:To observe and study the influence of peritoneum vagina lengthening on the postoperative sexual life quality and treatment attitude of patients with cervical carcinoma.Methods:60 patients with cervical carcinoma in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases by the principle of random allocation.The control group were treated with conventional operation of cervical carcinoma,while the observation group were treated with peritoneum vagina lengthening on the treatment of control group.The sexual life quality,sexual function state and treatment attitude of the two groups before and after operation were analyzed and compared.Results:The sexual life quality,sexual function state and treatment attitude of the two groups before operation had no significant differences,all P>0.05,while the sexual life quality,sexual function state and treatment attitude of observation group at different time after operation were all significantly better than those of control group,all P<0.05,with significant differences.Conclusion:The influence of peritoneum vagina lengthening on the postoperative sexual life quality and treatment attitude of patients with cervical carcinoma is active,making it suitable for patients with cervical carcinoma.
