股骨粗隆间骨折的DHS与PFNA内固定疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比分析股骨粗隆间骨折的DHS与PFNA内固定治疗方法及效果。方法本研究于2014年9月~2015年9月选取了院内收治的30例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别实施DHS于PFNA内固定进行治疗,对比两组患者的手术效果和术中、术后情况。结果两组患者的手术效果相比,PFNA略高于DNS,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PFNA组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、下床负重时间以及住院时间均低于DNS组(P<0.05),但DNS组患者的手术透视时间显著低于PFNA组(P<0.05)。结论 DHS和PFNA均可以有效实现对股骨粗隆间骨折患者的内固定治疗,但PFNA有利于缩短患者的治疗时间,为患者提供早期的负重及功能锻炼,宜广泛应用和推广。 Objective To compare the treatment and effect of dynamic hip screw(DHS)and proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA)fixation for intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods Thirty patients with intertrochanteric fractures were selected from September,2009 to September,2015.They were randomly divided into two groups.DHS was treated with PFNA for fixation to compare the patient's surgical results and intraoperative and postoperative conditions.Results Compared with the two groups,PFNA was slightly higher than that of DNS(P>0.05).The time of operation,the amount of bleeding in the PFNA group,the time of bed load and the time of hospitalization were low(P<0.05),but the time of operation in the DNS group was significantly lower than that in the PFNA group(P<0.05).Conclusion DHS and PFNA can effectively achieve the internal fixation of patients with intertrochanteric fractures,but PFNA is helpful to shorten the treatment time of patients,provide early weight and functional exercise for patients,and should be widely used and popularized.
