摘要
为了对工人的作业疲劳进行改善,提高生产效率,通过利用HumanCAD软件搭建虚拟作业环境,从操作可及度、视野分析、舒适度、作业姿态等方面对作业过程进行人机仿真。并以WZ西服缝制工位的生产作业为例,运用HumanCAD软件对缝纫作业的过程进行仿真和人因工效评估,从而得到具体的改善方案。实验结果显示,这种定量化的仿真分析方法符合制造业快速发展的需求,相比传统方法更加高效和准确。
In order to improve workers’work fatigue and improve production efficiency,we build a virtual job environment by using HumanCAD software,and do human-machine simulation from the aspects of operation accessibility,visual field analysis,comfort and operation attitude.Taking the production operation of WZ suit sewn as an example,we use HumanCAD software to simulate the process of sewing and ergonomics evaluation,so as to get a specific improvement plan.The experimental results show that the quantitative simulation analysis method is in line with the rapid development demand of the manufacturing industry,and is more efficient and accurate than the traditional method.
