摘要
目的探讨玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗眼外伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的30例(30只眼)开放性眼外伤患者的临床资料。全部患者均接受常规三通道玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗,同时参照患者的具体病情,为其实施相应的手术治疗方法。手术治疗后,对本研究患者的的视网膜状态、视功能及并发症发生情况进行观察。结果治疗后,本研究患者的眼球均得以完全保留,同时29例患者(29只眼)的视力与手术治疗前相比得到不同程度的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗眼外伤的临床疗效显著,可使患者患病的眼球得以有效保留,视力得以提高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade in the treatment of ocular injury.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,a total of 30 patients(30 eyes)with open-ocular injury treated in our hospital were enrolled,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent three-port pars vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade,other necessary surgical procedures were implemented according to the patients'situations.The retinal morphology,visual function and complications were observed after operation.Results The eyeballs of all the patients reserved after surgery,the visual function of 29 patients(29 eyes)improved in different degrees than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitreomy combined with silicone oil tamponade has significant effect in the treatment of ocular injury,which can effectively preserve the eyeballs and improve the visual function,it is worthy of clinical application.
