摘要
目的探讨应用局部皮瓣修复术对保乳术后乳房缺损的临床修复效果。方法选择我院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的乳腺癌患者31例为研究对象,均采用局部皮瓣修复术给予保乳术后乳房缺损修复治疗,观察患者术后伤口愈合情况,术后6个月随访,观察患侧乳房修复状况,并调查患者满意度。结果 31例患者伤口均无感染发生,伤口均为甲级愈合;局部皮瓣修复术后6个月随访,修复乳房无水肿发生,修复部位无皮瓣坏死或萎缩;外观形态保持良好,美学评价优27例,良4例,患者修复优良率达100.00%;患者满意度达93.55%。结论局部皮瓣修复应用于保乳术后乳房缺损具有创伤小、并发症少、安全性高、美容效果佳等优点,患者满意度较高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of local skin flap repair on breast defect after breast-conserving operation.Methods Thirty-one cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected,and they adopt local skin flap repair on breast defect after breast-conserving surgery.The postoperative wound healing was observed.Six months after the operation,the status of breast repair was observed,and the patients'satisfaction was investigated.Results No wound infection occurred among the 31 patients,and the wounds were grade A healed.The results of 6 months follow-up showed that after the local flap repair,no edema occurred,and there was no flap necrosis and atrophy.The appearance was of good shape.Aesthetic evaluation was excellent in 27 cases and good in 4 cases.The excellent and good rate of repair was 100.00%and the satisfaction degree of patients was 93.55%.Conclusion Applicating local skin flap to repair breast defect after breast-conserving surgery has advantages such as small trauma,less complication,high safety and better cosmetic effect,which increases patients'satisfaction.
