摘要 肝脏是机体最重要的器官之一,不仅参与机体生长、提供营养、提供能量,还有助于碳水化合物和脂肪的新陈代谢、胆汁的分泌以及维生素的储存[1]。肝脏由实质细胞(肝细胞)和非实质细胞组成,后者包括肝星状细胞(HSC)、肝窦内皮细胞(SECs)、巨噬细胞(KCs)等[2],这些细胞都能以通过激活多种信号通路的方式,在肝脏疾病如肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌的发生和进展中起到调节作用。
