摘要
目的:调查胃癌患者营养风险和幽门螺杆菌感染情况,为胃癌临床治疗和营养管理提供指导。方法:于2015年1月—2017年12月搜集十堰市太和医院肿瘤科住院治疗的胃癌患者318例,采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)评估患者营养风险,采用粪便抗原试验(Hp SAT)检测Hp感染情况。结果:胃癌患者营养风险发生率49.4%,不同年龄段和TNM分期营养风险发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp感染率高达90.6%,男性高于女性,Hp感染率随年龄增加而升高(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者营养风险发生率和Hp感染率较高,应积极开展营养支持,同时应在正常人种积极进行Hp筛查和根除治疗以预防胃癌的发生。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)among gastric cancer(GC)patients and provide guidelines of clinical treatment and nutritional management for gastric cancer patients.Method From January 2015 to December 2017,318 GC patients were selected randomly to assess nutritional risk by nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)and survey Hp infection by Hp stool antigen test(Hp SAT).Result The incidence rate of nutritional risk was 49.4%among 318 GC patients,the significant differences of nutritional risk were observed among different genders and TNM stages(P<0.05).The Hp infection rate was 90.6%with tendency male higher than female,and rising with age(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of nutritional risk and Hp infection rate is high among gastric cancer patients,so it is essential to develop nutritional support for GC patients,Hp screening and eradication in healthy people for preventing gastric cancer.
