摘要
为研究丁酸梭菌对大肠杆菌感染断奶仔猪生产性能、血清生化指标和抗应激能力的影响,试验选取(21±2)日龄健康"东北民猪×巴克夏"断奶仔猪20头,随机分为4组,每组5头。对照组和试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组饲喂添加0.05%丁酸梭菌的日粮,饲养14 d后断料不断水,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组攻毒大肠杆菌,24 h后采样测定血清指标。结果表明:生产性能,丁酸梭菌组与基础日粮组相比平均日增重和平均日采食量分别提高39.03%和31.13%(P<0.05);抗应激指标,乳酸脱氢酶试验组Ⅲ与试验组Ⅰ相比升高41.20%,差异极显著(P<0.01),试验组Ⅲ与试验组Ⅱ相比升高39.95%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。肌酸激酶试验组Ⅱ与对照组相比降低24.42%,差异显著(P<0.05),试验组Ⅲ与试验组Ⅰ相比降低22.45%,差异显著(P<0.05)。血糖试验Ⅲ组与试验Ⅱ组相比升高44.60%,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上可知,丁酸梭菌可提高仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量,攻毒大肠杆菌后仔猪乳酸脱氢酶和血糖迅速升高,肌酸激酶显著下降,说明丁酸梭菌对仔猪生产性能和抗应激能力有明显的促进作用。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance,serum parameters and anti-stress ability of weaned piglets infected with Escherichia coli.A total of 20 piglets(21+2)d old healthy pigs of Northeast Berkshire were selected,they were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 heads in each group.The control group and the experimental group I were fed with basal diet,diets containing 0.05%Clostridium butyricum were fed to groupⅡand groupⅢ,after feeding 14d,broken material continuous water,the test group I and the test groupⅢattacked E.coli,serum samples were determined by 24 h post sampling.The results showed that the Clostridium butyricum group was compared with the basal diet group,the average daily gain and average daily feed intake increased by 39.03%and 31.13%,respectively(P<0.05);Anti stress index,lactate dehydrogenase in test groupⅢcompared with the experimental group I increased by 41.20%,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01),compared with the experimental group II,the experimental groupⅢincreased by 39.95%,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The creatine kinase in test group I decreased by 24.42%compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),compared with the experimental group I,the experimental groupⅢdecreased by 22.45%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose in test groupⅢincreased by 44.60%compared with the experimental group I,the difference was significant(P<0.05).To sum up,Clostridium butyricum increased average daily gain and average daily feed intake of piglets,the lactate dehydrogenase and blood sugar of piglets increased rapidly after attacking E.coli,creatine kinase decreased significantly,the results showed that Clostridium butyricum could promote the growth performance and antistress ability of piglets.
