摘要
分析了可折叠传送带的性能特点及工作原理,确定了传送带的整体设计方案。对传送带、带轮进行了结构设计并对电机进行计算选型。通过试验可知,可折叠传送带的工作能力有了大幅提高,而且占据空间更小,使用范围更广。
By analyzing the performance features and working principle of foldable conveyor belts,the whole design of conveyor belts is determined.The structural design of conveyor belts and belt pulleys is conducted and motor type selection calculation is conducted as well.The experiment shows the foldable conveying belts feature significantly improved working capacity,a small footprint and a wide application scope.
