摘要
为解决垃圾填埋场的H_2S恶臭污染问题,选用廉价原料煤矸石和高岭土,采用一步水热法制备吸附催化效果较好的4A分子筛,实验中主要考察了不同焙烧温度和晶化时间对4A分子筛的吸附脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,以高岭土为原料所制备的4A分子筛的吸附脱硫性能明显优于煤矸石,在焙烧温度900℃、晶化温度100℃、晶化时间7 h、固液比1∶7、碱液浓度3 mol/L条件下,其脱硫硫容可达95 mg/g;X射线衍射分析表明,在吸附后的4A分子筛谱图中存在比较明显的单质硫的特征峰,说明H_2S恶臭气体经4A分子筛吸附后产物为硫单质。
In order to solve the landfill odor pollution problem of H2S,in this paper,cheap raw materials such as coal gangue and kaolin were selected to make 4A molecular sieve with good adsorption and catalytic effects by one step hydrothermal synthesis method.The experiment investigated the influences on adsorptive desulfurization performance of the synthetic 4A molecular sieve of different roasting temperature and different crystallization time.The results showed that choosing kaolin as raw material to prepare 4A molecular sieve,its adsorptive desulfurization performance was obviously superior to that of coal gangueits as raw material,and its desulfurization sulfur capacity at room temperature up to 95 mg/g at the conditions of the roasting temperature 900℃,the crystallization temperature 100℃,crystallization time 7 h,solid-liquid ratio 1∶7,alkaline liquor concentration 3 mol/L.By X Ray Diffraction analysis,the spectrum chart of 4A molecular sieve after adsorption appeared obvious characteristic peak of elemental sulfur,which indicated that the product of odorous gas of H2S that had been adsorbed by 4A molecular sieve was sulfur.
