摘要
目的通过分析纳入马陆镇社区卫生服务中心糖尿病健康管理的患者其不同费用类型的就诊人数与医保费用,了解糖尿病患者的就诊分布和医保费用消耗情况。方法选取2015年底纳入马陆镇社区卫生服务中心糖尿病健康管理的3 280例患者为研究对象,对其2012—2015年就诊分布和医保费用进行分析。结果糖尿病专病患者主要在门诊就诊,且以西药费报销为主,同时化验费与西药费报销的患者相差较小。糖尿病专病医保费用最高的仍是门诊西药费,呈现快速上涨趋势。结论糖尿病专病患者主要的费用花在西药费上,呈逐年快速上涨趋势,且主要以门诊就诊为主。
Objective To analyze patients with diabetes in health management of Malu Town Community Health Ser?vice Center with different types of cost and cost of health care,and to understand the treatment distribution and medical insur?ance cost of patients with diabetes.Methods Totally 3 280 patients with diabetes health management at the end of 2015 in Malu Town Community Health Service Center were enrolled as the research object.The distribution of medical treatment and the cost o medical insurance cost were analyzed in 2012-2015.Results Patients with diabetic disease were mainly outpa?tient clinic,and were mainly reimbursed by Western medicine expense.Meanwhile the test fees and medicine expense of pa?tients were relatively small.The highest cost of health care for diabetes was still the cost of health care outpatient fee,showing a rapid upward trend.Conclusion The cost of patients with diabetes is mainly spent on Western medicine,showing a rapid up?ward trend year by year,which is mainly outpatient clinic.
