摘要 从5个不同产地的茯苓中提取茯苓多糖,采用苯酚硫酸法测其多糖含量,并以三种方式(清除羟基自由基能力、清除超氧阴离子自由基能力及还原能力)对其体外抗氧化活性进行比较研究。结果表明,在所选五种不同产地的茯苓中,云南茯苓多糖的糖含量最高,为78.52%;三种体外抗氧化活性实验结果表明各产地的茯苓多糖均具有一定的抗氧化能力,且以云南茯苓多糖的抗氧化活性相对较强。 In this paper,five Poria cocos polysaccharides(PCPs)were extracted from Poria cocos collected from five different regions.Total carbohydrate contents of the polysaccharides were determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method.Then the antioxidant activity of the five PCPs in vitro were evaluated by OH scavenging activity,O 2-·scavenging activity and reducing power activity.The results revealed that the total carbohydrate contents of PCPs collected from Yunnan was the highest among the four different regions,and its total carbohydrate contents was 78.52%.Meanwhile,all the five PCPs had certain antioxidant capacity,and the PCPs from Yunnan province had significantly higher antioxidant activity than those from other regions.
