摘要
高职院校开展现代学徒制试点虽然已取得一定成效,但仍存在一些问题亟待解决。以广东科贸职业学院现代学徒制试点为个案,分析开展现代学徒制试点的基础,厘清制约现代学徒制发展的因素。为完善现代学徒制,需要建立协同育人长效机制,配套校企(协)制度,建立校企互聘共用的"双导师"队伍,实现校企深度融合协同育人。
Though certain achievements have been made in the experimental modern apprenticeship program in vocational colleges,some urgent problems remain to be solved.The paper has a case study of the experiment in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade,analyses the base of the program,and clarifies the factors restricting the development of modern apprenticeship.In order to perfect the modern apprenticeship program,it is necessary to build a long-term mechanism for coordinated talent training,to provide the system of school-enterprise cooperation,to build the double tutorial system,and to realize the coordinated talent training in a deep way.
