摘要
当前继续教育仍然存在不少问题,亟待深化改革。"办好人民满意的高质量继续教育"是新时代继续教育改革的根本命题。改革的逻辑起点是理解好继续教育作为"单独一类教育"的新定位,核心路径是坚持问题导向,以加快构建新的"继续教育国家制度"为目标做好顶层设计,以先行启动普通高校学历继续教育体制机制改革为着力点实现重点突破。完善相关的工作经费、项目抓手、组织领导、进度安排等保障措施,为改革的有效实施创造有利条件。
Since there are still a lot of problems in continuing education,it is urgent to deepen its reform.It is the fundamental proposition of continuing education reform in the new era to maintain a high-quality continuing education aiming at meeting the needs of the people.The logical starting point of the reform is to correctly consider the positioning of the continuing education as"a separate class of education".The core path is to adhere to the problem oriented,to do a good job in the top-level design aiming at speeding up the construction of the new"national continuing education system",and to achieve some key breakthroughs by first focusing on the diploma continuing education reform of institutional system.It is necessary to improve the relevant supporting measures including work funds,project driving force,organization and leadership,and time schedule,etc.to create a favorable condition for the effective implementation of the reform.
