摘要
目的探究使用美托洛尔和稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对治疗冠心病合并室性心律的临床效果,分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔的临床价值。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月本院接治的冠心病合并室性心律失常患者120例,平均分为对照组和实验组,每组60例,对照组采取美托洛尔治疗,实验组采取稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、心电图指标变化情况,观察冠心病合并室性心律失常采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗的临床疗效。结果实验组患者临床总有效率为98.30%,低于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心电图各项指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者心电图指标均显著改善,实验组改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并室性心律失常的患者,使用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗效果更显著,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol and Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia,and to analyze the clinical value of Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016 the hospital received treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia in patients with 120 cases,divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in each group,the control group took metoprolol treatment,the experimental group adopted Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol in the treatment,the clinical efficacy,compared two groups of patients electrocardiogram changes,clinical to observe the curative effect of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia by metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule treatment.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 98.30%,which was lower than that of the control group(78.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the electrocardiogram between the two groups.After treatment,the ECG indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia,the effect of combination of cardio granule and metoprolol is more significant,and the patient's satisfaction is improved.
