摘要
阐述互联网医疗的发展现状和应用进展,针对依法依规管理的滞后、行业监管的乏力、职能部门的权责不对称等困境,提出在法律底线和制度框架中大胆实践、小心求证,建立互联网医疗合法、安全、有序的运行机制,继续拓展互联网在医疗行业领域内外的应用范围等对策。
This paper expounds the progress of development and application of Internet for medical treatment.According to the department of industry compliance management lag,the lack of supervision,the asymmetry of power and responsibility and other problems,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures:to be bold in practice and be careful to prove it in the legal and institutional framework,to establish the operation mechanism of internet medical legal safely and orderly,and continue to expand the scope of application in the medical industry both inside and outside of the field.
