摘要
选取集装箱货车为研究对象,建立了某国产六轴重型集装箱货车的简化模型,利用拟合得到的气动六分力系数与侧偏角的函数关系,基于Truck Sim软件建立了集装箱货车的动力学模型,并对货车在3种车速、7种风速共计21种工况下的操纵稳定性进行了仿真。通过对比不同工况下的侧向加速度、侧向位移、横摆角速度和质心侧倾角,分析了侧向风对货车操纵稳定性的影响机理。仿真结果表明,侧向风对集装箱货车高速行驶时的气动特性和操纵稳定性影响很大,导流装置不仅有较为明显的减阻效果,还对货车在侧风环境下的行车安全性有一定的改善。
The paper first established a simplified model of a domestic heavy-duty container truck,and then simulated the flow-fields of the container truck under different conditions by using the commercial fluid dynamics simulation software.To explore the driving characteristics of container truck under different crosswind conditions simulations were carried out through combining numerical simulations and the dynamic simulation using TruckSim.Then the paper analysed the influence mechanism of crosswind on handling stability of the truck by comparing different behavior parameters.The results show that the crosswind has a great effect on the aerodynamic characteristics and handling stability of container trucks at high speeds.Wind deflectors can not only reduce the drag coefficient but also improve the driving safety of container trucks.
