摘要
目的探讨温度对中药局部熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)疗效的影响。方法选择120例KOA患者为研究对象,将入选患者随机分为A、B、C组,每组40例,分别在39、41、43℃下进行中药局部熏洗。采用膝关节功能Kujala评分对患者膝关节疼痛、活动功能进行评估。结果治疗后,三组患者膝关节活动功能与疼痛评分均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较可得,C组膝关节活动功能评分比A、B两组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B两组膝关节活动功能评分组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);B组疼痛评分高于A、C两组,A组疼痛评分最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗疗法治疗KOA具有确切良好的临床疗效,在43℃、41℃温度下熏洗药分别对改善膝关节活动功能与缓解关节疼痛效果较佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of temperature on the curative effect of local fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with KOA were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into group A,B and C,with 40 patients in each group.The local fumigation of Chinese medicine was carried out at 39℃,41℃and 43℃,respectively,in group A,B and C.The knee joint function Kujala score was used to evaluate the pain and function of the knee joint.Results After treatment,the scores of knee function and pain were increased in three groups,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of knee joint activity in group C was higher than that of group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of knee joint activities in group A and B(P>0.05).The pain score of group B was higher than that of group A and C,and the pain score of group A was the lowest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment has good clinical curative effect of KOA.The medicine has better effect on improving knee joint function at 43℃;and has better effect on relieving joint pain at 41℃.
