Effect of repeated blood transfusion on erythrocyte immune function

摘要 目的探讨反复输血对受血者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选择126例临床输血患者,按输血次数分为对照组及研究组,对照组输血1次,研究组输血2次以上,比较两组患者输血前后红细胞免疫功能变化。结果两组输血前红细胞受体花环率(RBC.C3b R)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC.IC),红细胞受体花环促进率(RFER)、直向肿瘤红细胞花环率(DTER)、自然肿瘤红细胞花环率(NTER)、协同肿瘤红细胞花环率(ATER),和促肿瘤红细胞花环率(ETER)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),输血后研究组RBC.C3b R、RFER低于对照组(P<0.05),RBC.IC高于对照组(P<0.05),输血后研究组DTER、NTER、ATER及ETER低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反复输血能够导致受血者红细胞免疫功能降低,临床应严格掌握输血指征,减少反复输血引起免疫功能降低的风险。 Objective To investigate the effect of repeated blood transfusion on erythrocyte immune function in recipients.Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases of clinical blood transfusion were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the number of blood transfusions.The control group was transfused once and the study group was transfused more than twice.The changes of erythrocyte immune function before and after blood transfusion were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant differnce in RBC.C3bR,RBC.IC,RFER,DTER,NTER,ATER and ETER between the two groups(P>0.05).After blood transfusion,the RBC.C3bR and RFER in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),RBC.IC in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After blood transfusion,the DTER,NTER,ATER and ETER were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Repeated blood transfusions can lead to a decrease in erythrocyte immune function in the recipient.The blood transfusion indications should be strictly mastered in clinical practice to reduce the risk of immune function reduction caused by repeated blood transfusion.
