摘要
主要对近年来在塑料模具浇注系统、冷却系统优化设计以及二者综合优化的相关研究进行了综述。在塑料制件生产过程中,模具结构对制件的质量具有显著影响。合理设计浇注系统能够优化冲模过程中聚合物熔体的温度场、流动场和应力场;而对冷却系统的合理设计则是保证制件冷却过程中的冷却效率和均一性的前提。目前,对模具结构进行优化的工作都是利用计算机模拟辅助进行的。
The researches of optimization for plastic mold gating system and cooling system as well as comprehensive modification of the systems are reviewed in this paper.The structure of the dies exerts significant effects on the quality of the plastic parts during the manufacturing.The temperature field,flow field and stress field of the polymeric melt are improved by reasonable design of gating system,furthermore,the reasonable design of cooling system ensures the efficiency and uniformity of the parts in cooling.The optimization for the structure of dies are carried out by computer simulation technologies.
