摘要
目的总结近10年针灸疗法治疗焦虑症的选穴规律。方法用计算机检索近10年国内采用针灸治疗焦虑症的文献并进行统计分析。结果筛选出合格文献95篇,涉及91个腧穴,使用频次共为810次。研究发现针灸治疗焦虑症所选取的经络以督脉、足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经为主;局部选穴主要以头部、上下肢及背部穴为主;选穴以百会、内关、神门、太冲、印堂、四神聪、三阴交、足三里、心俞、合谷、神庭最多;特定穴以交会穴使用最多,其次为原穴及输穴。结论现代针灸临床治疗焦虑症仍以循经取穴、局部取穴、选用特定穴为主。
Objective To summarize recent 10 years’regularities in acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of anxiety neurosis.Computer retrieval of recent 10 years’domestic literature about acupuncture treatment of anxiety neurosis was made for statistical analysis.Result Ninety-five eligible articles were sifted out.These articles involved 91 acupoints used for a total of 810 times.The main meridians selected for acupuncture treatment of anxiety neurosis were the Du Meridian,the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and the Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin.Locally selected acupoints were mainly on the head,upper and lower limbs,and back.Most frequently selected acupoints were Baihui(GV20),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7),Taichong(LR3),Yintang(Ex-HN3),Sishencong(Ex-HN1),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),Xinshu(BL15),Hegu(LI4)and Shenting(GV24).Most frequently used specific points were crossing points and the next were Yuan-Primary Points and Shu points.Conclusion In modern acupuncture,along-meridian selection of points,local selection of points and selection of specific points are the main methods for clinical treatment of anxiety neurosis.
