摘要
随着能源结构不断优化,风电在电网中的比重日益突出。针对风电出力波动性的特点,利用超级电容和蓄电池相结合的混合储能系统对其进行平抑。在此基础上提出了一种优化策略,混合储能系统功率分配中,对于超级电容容量易达到极值采用预先处理手段,在功率波动剧烈时段提前对超级电容进行充放电,而相应的缺额则由蓄电池进行补充;同时,为避免蓄电池出现过充或过放现象影响寿命,在其非正常容量区间对其充放电功率进行限制处理。此外,为确定超级电容和蓄电池的最优功率和容量,对平抑效果和经济性进行适当分析,建立了基于平均成本最小的机会约束规划模型。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。
With the energy structure continuously optimized,the proportion of wind power in the power grid has become increasingly larger.In view of the output volatility of wind power,a hybrid energy storage system combining the supercapacitor and the battery is adopted to stabilize it.On this basis,an optimization strategy is proposed.In the power distribution of the hybrid energy storage system,pre?processing is adopted for the extreme value of the supercapacitor capacity,and the supercapacitor is charged and discharged in advance when the power fluctuation is intense,and the vacancy is supplemented by the battery;at the same time,in order to avoid battery overcharge or over?discharge who affects its life expectancy,the power of charging and discharging is limited to its non?normal capacity.In addition,in order to determine the optimal power and capacity of supercapacitors and accumulators,proper analysis for the stabilizing effect and economy is conducted,and a chance constrained programming model based on the least mean cost is established,whose effectiveness is verified by the simulation results.
