摘要
目的建立测定妇炎灵洗剂中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Agilent XDB C_18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(21∶79,V/V),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为277 nm。结果连翘苷进样量在0.472 0~4.720 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;连翘苷平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.67%(n=9)。结论该方法快速,灵敏,操作简便,可作为妇炎灵洗剂含量的控制依据,可供妇炎灵洗剂质量控制标准和相关研究参考。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of forsythin in Fuyanling Lotion.M ethods The Agilent XDB C18 column(250mm x4.6mm,5μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(21:79V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 277 nm.Results The forsythin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.472 0-4.7200μg,the average recovery was 99.47%and RSD was 1.67%(n=9).Conclusion This method is quick,sensitive and easy to operate,it can be used for the content control,reference in quality standard and related research of Fuyanling Lotion.
