宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗异常子宫出血的效果观察被引量：3

摘要目的分析宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年7月西华县人民医院北院区收治的86例AUB患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各43例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗后月经恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.70%(39/43),高于对照组的74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后月经恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗AUB,可提高患者治疗效果,促进月经恢复,安全性高。
