基于传送带式柔性货架的仓储紧致化新方案 被引量:2

摘要 现代物流技术与装备主要发展方向之一是紧致化。为了实现存储空间紧致化,解决巷道占用大量空间,货架空间无法充分利用的问题,本文以电器制造企业成品仓库为研究对象,设计了新型传送带式柔性货架,由传送带式货架载物板、层高调节装置两大核心部件组成,主要创新点为超深货位大幅增容,货架空间垂直维度动态调整与一体化货架紧凑布局,具体机制为:(1)通过将货架的载物板改为传送带,大幅加深货位深度,提高货位容量;(2)通过加装层高调节装置,在货架总高度不变的情况下,根据电器类货物高度灵活调整货架各层高空间,提高货架存储空间利用率;(3)通过将多个货架横向紧凑放置,仅在两端安装巷道式堆垛起重机,降低货架间通道占用率。以上三种方案提高了货架的紧致度和容积率。 One of the main development directions of modern logistics technology and equipment is compact.In order to achieve the storage space compact and solve the roadway occupies a lot of space,shelf space cannot be fully utilized problems,in this paper,a new type of Belt Type Flexible Shelf is designed,which is composed of two core components,the conveyor-type shelf-loading board and the heightadjusting device,and the main innovation point is the large increase capacity of the super deep shelf,the dynamic distribution of the shelf space and the compact layout of the integrated shelves.The specific mechanism is as follows:①By changing the shelf load plate to the conveyor belt,greatly deepen the shelf depth,improve the capacity of the shelf;②Through the installation of high adjustment device,in the total height of the shelf,according to the high flexibility of electrical goods distribution space required,improve shelf storage space utilization;③By placing multiple shelves horizontally and compactly,only the two ends of the roadway-type stacking cranes are installed to reduce the occupancy rate of the aisle.The above three schemes improve the compactness and volumetric ratio of the shelves.
