摘要
目的了解健康成年男性不同区域骨密度随年龄增长的变化特点,分析不同区域骨密度的主要影响因素,为男性骨质健康、预防骨质疏松提供理论依据。方法应用双能X线骨密度仪测量记录186例年龄25~64岁健康男性的Wards三角、大粗隆、股骨颈、L1~L4区域的骨密度,分别计算比较各区域的骨密度值,并采用Pearson及多元线性回归分析统计各区域骨密度的主要影响因素。结果 Wards三角骨密度主要与年龄、腰围、总体脂肪质量和总体肌肉质量相关,大粗隆骨密度主要受BMI、腰围、总体肌肉质量、大腿脂肪质量影响,股骨颈骨密度主要受腰围、总体肌肉质量影响;L1、L2、L3骨密度主要受腰围、总体肌肉质量影响,而L4主要与腰围、总体肌肉质量和总体脂肪质量有关。结论不同区域骨密度值不同,不同区域骨密度主要受年龄、BMI、腰围、总体脂肪质量、总体肌肉质量、大腿脂肪质量的影响,但不同区域骨密度的主要影响因素不完全一致。
Objective To investigate the change characteristics of bone mineral density(BMD)of healthy adult males at different regions,and to analyze the main influencing factors on BMD in order to provide theoretical basis for bone health and prevention of osteoporosis.Methods A total of 186 healthy adult males aged 25~64 years were enrolled in the study.The BMD values in Wards triangle,greater trochanter,femoral neck and lumbar vertebrae 1 to 4 lumbar spine(L1~L4)were detected by dual-energy X-ray.Moreover the main influencing factors on BMD in different regions were statistically analyzed by means of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The BMD values in Wards triangle were correlated to age,waist circumference,total fat mass and total muscle mass,and te BMD values in greater trochanter were correlated to BMI,waist circumference,total muscle mass and the fat mass of thighs.Moreover the BMD values in femoral neck were mainly affected by waist circumference,total muscle mass,which in L1,L2,L3 were mainly affected by waist circumference,total muscle mass,however,which in L4 were related with total muscle mass,waist circumference and the total fat mass.Conclusion The BMD values are different in different regions,which are mainly influenced by age,BMI,waist circumference,total fat mass,total muscle mass and the fat mass of thighs,but the main influencing factors on BMD in different regions are not complete uniformity.
