摘要
为了评价比较教学法结合病例教学法在病理学实验教学中的实践效果,将2015级口腔医学100名学生随机分为两班,对照班采用传统教学法,实验班采用比较教学法结合病例教学法,学期期末,对试验班和对照班进行病理学实验考核,并对实验班问卷调查,随后进行统计学处理。结果表明,实验班学生的考试成绩明显高于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验班问卷调查显示,比较教学法结合病例教学法的实验教学获得大多数学生好评。在病理实验课教学中,采用比较教学法结合病例教学法比传统教学法有显著优势,培养了学生综合能力,提高了病理学实验教学的效果。
In order to evaluate the practical effect of the integrated application of comparative and case teaching method in pathological experimental teaching,100 stomatology students of 2015 grade were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group was taught using the traditional teaching method and the experimental group was taught using the integration of comparative teaching and case teaching.At the end of the semester,both the groups took the examination of pathological experiments,a questionnaire survey was conducted among students of the experimental group,and related statistical processing was carried out.The results showed that the average score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01)and the questionnaire survey showed that the integrated use of comparative and case teaching was well received by most students.In conclusion,the integrated use of comparative teaching and case teaching method has significant advantages over traditional teaching method in teaching pathological experiments and is conducive to cultivating students'comprehensive ability and improving the teaching effect.
