摘要
目的分析助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局的改善作用。方法在2017年7—9月选择该院收治的高龄产妇158名资料进行回顾分析,根据不同的护理方式分成对照组和实验组,对照组(39名)产妇选择的是一般护理,实验组(53名)实施的助产护理方式,之后对两组产妇的的护理满意度和母婴结局,以及心理状态进行分析。结果实验组产妇自然分娩率是78.4%,明显优于对照组的69.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组新生儿窒息率是12.6%,实验组没有(0.0%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇的临床护理满意度,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择助产护理对高龄产妇,可以有效改善产妇的分娩结局,同时提高产妇的临床护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of midwifery nursing in improving the gestational outcome of senile delivery women.Methods 158 cases of senile delivery women in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2017 were 158 cases of senile delivery women in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,the control group with 39 cases selected the general nursing,while the experimental group adopted the midwifery nursing method,and the nursing satisfactory degree and outcome of mothers and infants and mental state were analyzed.Results The natural labor rate in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group(78.4%vs 69.6%),and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and the neonatal asphyxia rate in the control group and in the experimental group was respectively 12.6%and 0.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of midwifery nursing for senile delivery women can effectively improve the gestational outcome of delivery women and improve the clinical nursing satisfactory degree.
