摘要
目的探讨耳内镜手术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的有效性和安全性。方法随机抽取2006年1月至2016年1月本院收治的258例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,按照治疗措施的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组129例。研究组行耳内镜下鼓室修补术,对照组行常规鼓室成形术,对比两组治疗有效性及安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组干耳时间短于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎采用耳内镜手术治疗效果理想,且安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ear endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods A total of 258 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment measures,with 129 cases in each group.The study group was treated with endoscopic repair of tympanic cavity and the control group was treated with conventional tympanoplasty.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence rate of complications were lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the time of dry ear in the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic surgery for chronic suppurative otitis media has satisfactory therapeutic effect and high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
