摘要
目的总结老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术-动力髋螺钉(DHS)后抗骨质疏松药物的治疗价值,为骨科治疗提供参考。方法选择100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为试验组(n=50)和参照组(n=50)。试验组患者DHS术后使用抗骨质疏松药物,参照组则不使用。对比两组患者的骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况、髋关节功能优良率以及健侧股骨颈、Ward三角、股骨大粗隆骨密度。结果试验组患者的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者髋关节功能优良率为94.00%,与对照组的78.00%比较,明显较高(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后股骨颈、Ward三角、股骨大粗隆骨密度均明显高于术前(P<0.05)。试验组平均骨折愈合时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论抗骨质疏松药物治疗利于老年患者DHS术后骨折愈合、降低并发症,从整体上提高手术治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic value of anti-os steoporosis drugs in the treatment of aged intertrochanteric femoral fracture internal fixation-dynamic hip screw(DHS)and provide reference for orthopedic treatment.Methods One hundred patients with aged intertrochanteric femoral fracture were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and reference group(n=50).Patients in the experimental group were given anti-osteoporosis drugs after DHS,and not in the reference group.The fracture healing time,complications,hip function excellent and good rate and the bone density of contralateral femoral neck,Ward triangle and femur trochanteric in the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip function in experimental group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The bone density of contralateral femoral neck,Ward triangle and femur trochanteric after operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).The average fracture healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-osteoporosis drug treatment is conducive to the fracture healing in aged patients with DHS,which can reduce complications,improve the overall surgical treatment.
