摘要
目的探讨红蓝光配合更昔洛韦在带状疱疹治疗中的应用效果。方法收集我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的94例带状疱疹患者,采用随机平行对照法将其分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予更昔洛韦静脉滴注,5 mg/kg,1次/d,干扰素凝胶涂抹患处,2次/d。在此基础上,观察组给予红光、蓝光分别照射10 min,1次/d。持续治疗14 d后,比较两组有效率、症状综合评分以及炎症因子水平变化。结果治疗后,观察组症状综合评分为(3.08±0.56)分,对照组为(7.43±1.04)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),对照组为80.85%(38/47),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第7 d及第14 d,两组炎性因子水平均明显下降,且观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于带状疱疹患者,红蓝光照射联合抗病毒药物能够通过抗病毒、抗炎等作用改善患者临床症状,疗效确切,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of red and blue light combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of acute posterior ganglionitis.Methods Ninety-four patients with acute posterior ganglionitis admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganciclovir intravenous drip,5 mg/kg,1 time/d,interferon gel smear affected area,2 times/d.On this basis,the observation group was given red light and blue light irradiation 10 min respectively,1 time/d.After fourteen days of continued treatment,the effective rate,symptom score and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was(3.08±0.56),and that of the control group was(7.43±1.04),the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),that of the control group was 80.85%(38/47),the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).At seventh day and fourteenth day after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups significantly decreased,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute posterior ganglionitis,red and blue light irradiation combined with antiviral drugs can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects.It has curative effect,high safety and worthy of popularization and application.
